We do NOT collect, transmit, or store your data on any server.

Zakat Calculator is designed with your privacy at its core. All your financial data and calculations stay on your device. We do not fetch financial data from banks, credit cards, or any third parties. You manually enter all information, and it remains yours alone.

2. Information Storage

All data is stored locally on your iOS device using:

• Device Storage: Your asset details, Zakat calculations, and preferences are saved on your device only
• iOS Keychain: Sensitive data is protected by iOS's secure Keychain
• UserDefaults: App settings and preferences are stored locally

Nothing leaves your device. We have no servers, no cloud storage, no databases where your data could be stored.

3. No Data Collection

We do NOT collect or have access to:

• ❌ Email addresses or passwords (there are no user accounts)
• ❌ Bank account information or credentials
• ❌ Credit card or payment information
• ❌ Analytics or usage tracking
• ❌ Location data
• ❌ Device identifiers for advertising

4. Face ID / Touch ID

If you enable biometric authentication, Face ID or Touch ID is used only on your device to unlock the app. No biometric data is collected, transmitted, or stored by us. Apple handles all biometric authentication securely on your device.

5. Local Notifications

The app can send you local notifications on your device to remind you about Zakat deadlines. These are local notifications scheduled by your device—not push notifications from our servers. No data is transmitted to enable these reminders.

6. No Third-Party Sharing

Since we don't collect your data, we have nothing to share. There are no third-party analytics, advertising networks, or service providers that receive your information.

7. Data Security

Your data is protected by:

• Device Storage: Your data is secured by your device's built-in security
• iOS Keychain: Sensitive information is encrypted in Apple's secure Keychain
• No Internet Transmission: Your financial data never leaves your device

The best security for your privacy is that your data stays with you, on your device, always.

8. Your Control

You have complete control over your data:

• Delete Anytime: Delete individual assets, calculations, or all data within the app
• Uninstall: Uninstalling the app removes all your data from your device
• No Accounts: There are no accounts to delete or passwords to manage

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated within the app.

10. Children's Privacy

Zakat Calculator does not collect any data from users of any age. Parents can be confident their children's information is safe because nothing is collected or transmitted.
