Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the CloudSpaceCleaner mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

CloudSpaceCleaner is a mobile application that helps you manage your Google Cloud storage by:

  • Analyzing your Gmail emails to identify large attachments
  • Scanning your Google Drive for duplicate and large files
  • Reviewing your Google Photos for cleanup opportunities
  • Providing tools to archive emails, delete files, and organize photos

The App is provided free of charge with optional in-app tips to support development.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate Google account credentials
  • Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Review items before archiving or deleting them
  • Download important files before deletion if you wish to keep them
  • Not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

Google Account Access

To use the App, you must grant access to your Google account. By doing so, you acknowledge that:

  • The App will access your Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Photos data
  • All data processing happens locally on your device
  • You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings
  • We comply with Google's API Services User Data Policy

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of data or files
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of goodwill

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Data Deletion Acknowledgment

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Archiving emails removes them from your inbox but does not delete them
  • Deleted Drive files are moved to trash and can be recovered within 30 days
  • You are solely responsible for backing up important data before deletion
  • We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from your use of the App
  • You should verify the items you're deleting before confirming the action

In-App Purchases (Tips)

The App offers optional in-app tips ("Tips") to support development:

  • Tips are voluntary and do not unlock additional features
  • All app features remain free regardless of whether you tip
  • Tips are consumable purchases that can be made multiple times
  • Tips are non-refundable except as required by law
  • All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's terms

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CloudSpaceCleaner and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our express written permission.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services:

Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Any reason we deem necessary to protect our rights or the rights of others

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device and revoking Google account access.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting the new Terms on this page
  • Updating the "Last updated" date
  • Optionally, providing in-app notifications

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
